I realize it's been months since I've updated this blog but I feel I have enough information and news to share with everyone about Super Daddio 2 development. So without further delay here we go. I know I haven't had much to show over the past few months but I can ensure everyone I been working hard behind the scenes programming, designing and creating levels.
There have been some major changes in the development since my last blog post. For starters I stopped using Gideros and switched to using LIBGDX. This was a huge decision and setback but in the end it was the best decision.
With LIBGDX I have much more power, flexibility and performance for Super Daddio 2. The power to make any needed changes to source or add any features I need. The flexibility to release games on many different platforms including Android, iOS, Mac, PC, Linux and Ouya. The performance for high frames per second and a blazing fast box2d just to name a few.
What's the status of Super Daddio 2?
Currently, the game is on track to be finished before the end of 2012. Super Daddio 2 will be released 2013. Exact date will be announced here after game is finished. Expect game to be released first on Android and then released on many other platforms including Ouya.
